returns and exchanges
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your Bumboo purchase, please email info@bumboo.com.au within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will offer a full refund of the purchase price, minus a $5 handling charge. Sorry, we can not refund delivery charges on the delivery and return of goods, unless the return is due to our error.
Returned items must be unworn / unused and in resalable condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your Return Authority Number. We regret that we can’t accept the return of ‘on sale’ items.
How to Make a Return
Step 1 | Contact us via email info@bumboo.com.au to obtain a Return Authority Number (RA#) and return address. |
Step 2 | Exchanges:Your requested exchange items will be shipped to you when the unwanted items have been returned. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Returns: You will be refunded the amount paid for the items, minus a $5 handling charge on receipt of the returned items. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Damaged / faulty items: Transit damage or the delivery of faulty items is very rare. We will minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis. |
