Delivery Schedule 

Australian Destinations

Australia Post delivers between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Australia Post can deliver to any address in Australia including business, residential and PO boxes. If you have selected to have Registered Delivery and no one is available to accept delivery when it is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox advising you where and when parcels are available for collection. The time between ordering and delivery can vary between locations, however you can usually expect delivery to be within 5 working days for metropolitan areas or up to 10 days for remote areas.

Overseas Destinations

Items should be delivered between 3 – 10 business days after receipt of full payment.

Items for international delivery will have postage costs calculated based on weight at the online checkout. Please note that items sent to international destinations may incur customs charges payable on delivery. Futher information regarding international delivery can be obtained from the Australia Post website.

Handling and Delivery Charges

Australian Destinations

We have a flat rate of $6.50 for all orders up to $200.

Orders over $200 receive free shipping.

If you would like your order delivered by registered mail, please let us know during checkout. Registered mail costs an additional $2.

International Destinations

Items for international delivery will have postage costs calculated based on weight at the online checkout. Out of Stock Items

Items are usually in stock and shipped within two business days from the date of order. If an item is out of stock, or if there is a delay in delivery, we will advise you via email within two business days as to when you can expect your delivery. In some circumstances we may ship the other items on your order immediately and ship the out of stock items when they become available. If we advise you that some items in your order are out of stock you may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

Delay in Delivery

Bumboo have no control over delivery time once your item has been mailed and can not be held responsible for packages which may go astray during delivery, therefore we recommend you select to receive your order using Registered Mail.
